Work Flow Process:
- You send us the available plans, drawings, photographs / material descriptions, etc. (to help the architectural visualization requirement.) Your can also send your existing CAD files / 3D models.
- Submission of quotation to customer.
- Customer approves the quotation.
- An advance of 30% of total quotation to be paid.
- After the advance is received, we start the 3D modeling process.
- First set of architectural renderings (with watermarks) are sent to customer for approval of the structure modeled and colours / textures.
- Customer studies the architectural renderings and instructs Modifications / corrections required (if any.)
- Second installment of the payment, 30% of the quotation to be paid.
- Corrections are effected according to the instructions received and modified set of rendered images (with watermarks) are sent for approval.
- Any new (not pointed out in the first round) modifications / additions to the designs from this stage onwards are levied extra charges based on the extent and amount of work that will go into effecting the change.
- If any modifications are suggested then corrections & architectural renderings (with watermarks) are repeated.
- Once approved, Final installment of the payment, 40% of the quotation to be paid.
- Final High-Resolution renders (without watermarks) of the Architectural Visualization are delivered after the final payment is received.
